Insecticidal soap for reducing white flies in greenhouses

Members of the Muchui Womens Group grow tomatoes in greenhouses.

Some of the greenhouses have white flies which damage the tomatoes. It is difficult to find insecticides  which control and reduce the white  flies.

Roger Henry is shown here working with one of the members and the horticulturist, Stephen Mwenda, mixing an insecticidal soap  to spray the white flies.  It is made by dissolving soap in water- and it is then sprayed on the tomato plants.
